As part of the concert crew, I was involved in key responsibilities throughout the event cycle. During the preparation stage, I compiled team members’ personal data and documents for visa applications and coordinated with organisers and designers on concert artwork and branding. On the event day, I managed merchandise sales, supported venue coordination, and acted as a backup crew member to assist any team in need of extra hands. Post-event, I helped compile claim forms and receipts for reimbursement from the concert organiser, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

In my role, I also handled a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support the artist management team. I compiled meeting minutes during team meetings, prepared proposals for artist profiles, sponsorships, and music album launches, and managed claim forms for daily, outstation, and transportation expenses. I was responsible for filing petty cash and expense reports for company trips, tracking team members' day-offs and annual leave, and reporting them to the artist manager. Additionally, I compiled monthly merchandise expenses and maintained regular communication with potential collaborators and sponsors for upcoming artist projects.
