During my study and previous internships, I have learned the fundamental concepts and skills in content creation, graphic design and social media management. As a student engagement officer intern with AUG Brisbane, I earned the opportunities to create engaging content and curate fun events for the international students. At the same time, I'm a part-time social media coordinator with Machi Machi CBD, where I get the opportunity to manage the business social media accounts and maintain a loyal customer relationship through google review management. While during my internship with Chou Chou Media, I gained a deeper understanding in the social media marketing industry where I got the chance to manage three businesses social media accounts.

Throughout my internship with AUG Brisbane, I have opportunity to work closer with international student by curating event and create content that will attract the students. Therefore, I significantly improve my event planning and management skills as well as content creation skills through the internship.
Machi Machi Brisbane CBD
Working as a social media coordinator, ​I'm responsible to content creation, social media account management and customer service. Through the work experiences with Machi Machi, I developed a strong foundation in content creation and curate business promotion that best suit the Chinese market in Australia.
Chou Chou Media
As a bilingual marketing intern with Chou Chou Media, I gained the opportunity to have a deeper understanding in the social media agency industry. During my internship, I was responsible to manage three restaurant business accounts, where I create content, schedule content and reply to the customers' enquiries through social media. During the internship, I also learned to analyse the account performance data on the Meta business site for better improvise my future content creation work.
